SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions can be used in separation plants that can be used in mining, pharmaceutical, food, medical and other industries for the separation of mixtures of liquid and solid. In particular, it can be used for vibrating separators in the oil industry. One of the versions of the of the screen assembly system comprises a screen assembly comprising a frame having a pair of parallel opposite sides and a pair of parallel opposite ends; a convex underside of said frame; a top side of the frame opposite to the convex underside, wherein the top surface is substantially flat; and at least one layer of a screen fixed to the top surface of said frame and intended for separating solid materials and liquids; and a deck comprising a deck base on which the screen assembly is placed. Top side of the deck base in contact with the convex underside of said frame is substantially flat. Method of mounting the screen assembly into a vibrating separator includes providing a vibrating screen comprising a deck base; providing a screen assembly comprising a convex underside, a top side, and at least one screen layer fixed to the top side of the screen assembly having a planar shape; placing the screen assembly on said deck base and bending said screen assembly by applying a force such that said convex underside adapts to the profile of the deck base and said top side forms a certain profile.

EFFECT: technical result is higher capacity of the vibrating screen, as well as longer service life thereof.
