FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for medical use and belongs to the disposable pleural drainage system, which allows all doctors to drain the air (pneumothorax), blood (hemothorax) and all other fluids (hydrothorax) accumulated abnormally in the chest cavity (pleural cavity). Disposable pleural drainage system includes a pleural drainage apparatus; tubular cutting guide made of PVC and silicone; drainage bottle, which has a corrugated or accordion shape and can be reduced or increased in size; connecting tube, which provides a connection between the drain tube and the drain bottle; syringe injector; scalpel; antiseptic pad; medication local anesthesia. Aforementioned pleural drainage apparatus of a disposable pleural drainage system includes a drainage tube, made of PVC and silicone; at least one hole in the drainage tube; inflatable balloon that may be located at different points in the drainage tube and may be inflated and deflated; inflatable balloon channel used to inflate or lower the inflatable balloon; hollow and movable cover on the drainage tube; clamping device, which is used to prevent the flow of air and liquid by compressing and blocking the drainage tube and to close the end of the wire channel a check valve device designed to prevent backflow of fluid or air, supplied to this channel using a syringe injector for inflating the inflatable balloon apparatus at the rear end of the inflatable balloon channel; wire channel closed at one end, which directs the drainage tube to the desired area after the first entry into the pleural cavity between the ribs; guide wire, which is located in the wired channel, and directs the drainage tube to the desired area after the first entry into the pleural cavity; the flushing channel open at both ends, which allows flushing the pleural cavity with fluids, including immune serum, after the drainage tube is placed in the pleural cavity; a closing device that is used to close one open end of the flushing channel; connecting device that allows you to connect the flushing channel with other external catheters; a protective layer that covers the outer surface of the drainage tube, the inflatable balloon channel, the wire channel and the flushing channel prevent the clamping device from blocking these parts. Hollow and movable cover can have a different appearance, clamping device with a clamping mechanism to ensure that the cover is fixed by fixing it on the drainage tube between the inflatable balloon and itself. Aforementioned drainage bottle includes an air discharge port on the drainage bottle; cover of the air outlet channel on the drainage bottle; handle for lifting the drainage bottle; regulating device that ensures a balanced position of the drainage bottle. Aforementioned connecting tube includes an underwater tube at the end of the connecting tube; outer tube that prevents the connecting tube from twisting; connection device that allows you to connect the connecting tube and the drain bottle. Above-mentioned tubular cutting guide is made with a structure divided into parts along the long axis and located on the outer part of the drainage tube, since its diameter is larger than the diameter of the drainage tube, which allows to place the drainage tube in the pleural cavity between the two ribs. Said tubular cutting guide includes a motor device, developed divided into parts, divided into two, which is located on the back of the tubular guide for cutting, and which allows the placement of the tubular guide for cutting manually in the pleural cavity; stopping device, developed divided into parts, divided into two, which is located in the front cutting edge of the tubular guide for cutting, and which prevents the placement of the tubular guide for cutting in the pleural cavity more than a certain distance.
EFFECT: inventions allow all doctors, at any time at the scene, in ambulances and in all hospital wards, quickly and safely without using any other surgical instruments drain air (pneumothorax), blood (hemothorax) and all other fluids (hydrothorax) accumulated abnormally in the pleural cavity.
