SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of clinical medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, to methods for the diagnosis of chronic peripheral uveitis (CPU). Diagnosis is carried out using the evaluation of three blocks: complaints (C) of patients, biomicroscopy (BD) data of the anterior chamber of the eye, and ophthalmoscopy data of the central part of fundus of the eye (CPEFOD). In the block of complaints, the presence of the following signs is determined: instability of vision; blurring of vision; feeling of discomfort in the eyes; feeling of foreign body in the eyes; itching and/or burning in the eyes; eye redness; difficulty focusing eyesight; rapid visual fatigue; eye floaters in sight; tension in the eyes causing headache; in the block of BD of the anterior chamber of the eye, the presence of the following signs is determined: dilation of the conjunctival vessels; conjunctival cysts and/or calcifications; bulbar conjunctival folds; transitory conjunctival fold swelling; uneven mydriasis; the presence of precipitates on the corneal endothelium; pseudoexfoliation syndrome; clouding of the lens; in the block of CPEFOD, determine the presence of the following signs: swelling, hyperemia of the disk of optic nerve; peripapillary retinal edema; maculopathy; the absence of a sign is assessed as 0 points, its presence is estimated at 1 point, and with a score of at least 6 in at least two blocks, the diagnosis of chronic peripheral uveitis is established.

EFFECT: invention provides for the development of an effective method for diagnosing chronic peripheral uveitis.
