SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium for the isolation and cultivation of mycobacteria contains iron ammonium citrate, L-asparagine, citric acid, magnesium sulfate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, tween-80, agar-agar and geothermal water at a given ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the yield of biomass of mycobacteria and shorten the period of diagnosis of tuberculosis.
