SUBSTANCE: method includes cleaning, thermal treatment, drying. Thermal treatment is performed by water vapour during 5-30 minutes, after that mushrooms are dried till humidity 2-10% and covered with chocolate layer. Chocolate is warmed up till 50-60°C.

EFFECT: mushrooms processing method.
