SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. In the first variant, the luggage setting system for being mounted on the vehicle roof comprises side rails, cross bar and latches. Side rails have a first channel located next to the underside, the second channel, located near the upper side, a third channel extending perpendicularly between the first and second channels, and a fourth channel extending at an angle between the first and second channels. Latches have a first part for engaging with the first channel in the side rails and a second part for engaging with the second channel in the side rails. Cross bar moves between the folded position and the working position. In the second variant, the luggage system for mounting on the roof of the vehicle further comprises a cross bar and two more latches. Cross bars can move next to each other. Vehicle contains the said luggage system.

EFFECT: improved adjustment of the height of the luggage system is achieved.
