FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst for the production of synthetic hydrocarbons with a high content of isoalkanes, which is a mixture of zeolite and a basic Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst supported by alumina. In this case, the zeolite has a mesoporous fine crystalline structure with pores of the MFI or BEA type with a mesopore volume of at least 0.2 cm3/g, the proportion of mesopores from the total pore volume of the zeolite is not less than 50 %, the specific surface is not less than 350 m2/g and a crystallite size of not more than 0.2 mcm. Also, the basic Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst contains 46–50 wt. % of cobalt, and its carrier has a mesoporous structure with a total pore volume of at least 0.8 cm3/g, mesopore shares of at least 80 % and a specific surface area of at least 250 m2/g, and the content of zeolite in the catalyst is 31–50 wt. %. Invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the above described catalyst, a method for preparing a basic Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst and a method for producing a mesoporous fine crystalline zeolite. Technical result consists in achieving the productivity of the proposed catalyst of more than 1000 kg/m3cat⋅h on synthetic liquid hydrocarbons, containing more than 30 wt. % isoalkanes and having a pour point of not higher than minus 21 °C, that ensures their compatibility during transportation and storage together with mineral oil.
EFFECT: technical result is to achieve the productivity of the proposed catalyst.
