FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For surgical correction of aniridia with ametropia, a blind section of the cornea is made along the strong meridian at half its thickness and layering along this ring along the ring to the central optical zone by means of a femtosecond laser with formation of a corneal tunnel. Directly over the zone of aniridia, a corneal tunnel is implanted with an intracorneal colored diaphragm in the form of a segment of the ring. Diaphragm is an elastic plate of biocompatible polymer, which additionally contains a rigid structural element colored in the color of the diaphragm and located in its plane along an arc of an ellipse, or a combination of a rigid structural element in the form of an arc of an ellipse in combination with elements in the form of two radial straight sections symmetrically disposed relative to the element in the form of an arc of an ellipse. Convex part of the arc of the ellipse can be turned both towards the limb and towards the pupil. Further, in the formed corneal tunnel into the zone diametrically opposite to the aniridium zone and located symmetrically with respect to the strong meridian, an unpainted optically transparent intracoreal diaphragm is implanted in the form of a segment of the ring, which is an elastic plate of biocompatible polymer, which additionally contains an unpainted rigid structural element located in its plane along an arc of an ellipse. Arc of the ellipse has an arrangement and parameters similar to the arc of an ellipse located on a colored diaphragm.
EFFECT: method improves the quality of life of the patient and provides a reduction in the degree of postoperative astigmatism, an increase in uncorrected and corrected visual acuity due to the color and structural characteristics of the intraocoreal diaphragm.
