SUBSTANCE: generated messages Xj are subjected to additional non-redundant error-correcting coding, in which the corresponding code words having a bit depth of data representation in a binary code with the values of the original messages Xj are replaced by the corresponding residual images, whereas the values of one of them form the first substream of bits that are perceived as a substituting in-phase, and the values of the residual images, which are obtained as a result of comparison by the second module, as a substituting quadrature components of the modernized quadrature modulation, whereas the carrier radio frequency is modulated, as a result of which the phases of the generated signals are formed and shifted relative to each other by 90°, restored, thus, the bitstream composed of the phase demodulation results is divided into two substreams, the first of which, corresponding to odd bits, will represent the values of residual images b3j (mod m3), and the second one, corresponding to even recovered bits, will represent the values residual images b1j (mod m1 ); the primary processing of the received data is then implemented.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the transmitted information.
