SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a last for individually adjusting and shaping the inner surface of a shoe, including obtaining an individual last, based on the exact shape and dimensions of the digital foot model, wherein and an physical foot shape is transferred into a digital foot model using the 3D scan method, the digital model is processed to obtain a personalized digital foot model, digital foot model is separated into parts necessary for embedding and functioning of the mechanism, and folds are also simulated in the metatarsophalangeal and ankle joint, parts of the foot obtained during the separation of the digital model are manufactured, the embedded mechanism is developed for moving parts of the last relative to each other in three axes of coordinates, individual last is made on its basis and using the manufactured parts in the form of the physical foot model, made with the possibility of personalizing and shaping the inner surface of the shoe for a specific foot.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring the correspondence of the last to the physical foot shape.
