SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a power control device. Result is achieved in that devices (1) for controlling valves (21–24) configured to control power values applied to loads (51–54) through cables (2), can contain receivers for receiving request signals from gates (21–24), analyzers for the analysis of requests characterized by requesting signals, taking into account the available load capacities of cables by power, generators for generating in response to analysis results from command analyzers for gates (21–24) and transmitters for transmitting command signals characterizing commands to valves (21–24). Analyzers can analyze queries based on information about loads that contain information about the steady state and/or information about the transient state. Devices (1) may comprise communicators for communicating with auxiliary transducers (31–33) connected to auxiliary sources (41–43), such as rechargeable batteries (41) and solar cell panels (42, 43), and can contain predictive blocks for predicting the available load capacities of the cables in terms of power. Improved devices (1) are no longer informed by valves (21–24) after switching, but are informed by valves (21–24) prior to switching and controlled by these valves (21–24) in response to the analysis results.
EFFECT: control of the power supplied to the load through the cable through the control of the valves.
