SUBSTANCE: composite formulation of a capsule for preventing or treating erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia containing an independent portion comprising a tadalafil and an independent portion comprising tamsulosin in a separate state and a method for its production. Said independent part of tadalafil is in the form of tablets. Said independent part of tamsulosin is in the form of granules. Said independent part of the tadalafil is coated with a pharmaceutically acceptable coating material. Said independent part of tamsulosin is coated with an inner coating material, which is a mixture of povidone, propylene glycol and polyvinyl acetate, and then coated with an outer coating material, which is a mixture of a methacrylate-ethyl acrylate copolymer and a triacetin.
EFFECT: composite formulation of the capsule of the present invention provides for the complete separation of the two pharmaceutically active ingredients and minimizes the reactivity between the active ingredients and thus provides a satisfactory product stability over time, thereby maximizing its therapeutic effects.
