SUBSTANCE: devices comprise DC voltage source (1), DC voltage to pulse voltage converter (2), first galvanic decoupling unit (24), pulse voltage to DC voltage converter (28), load (51), DC regulator (53), control circuit (72) and second galvanic decoupling unit (78). Corresponding connections of load (51), DC stabiliser (53) and control circuit (72), ensure stabilisation of direct current flowing in load (51) supply circuit, stabilisation of the voltage across DC stabiliser (53) and obtaining an unchanged value of direct current flowing in the variable load circuit over a wider range of loads, wherein the polarity of the voltage across the load relative to the DC voltage source (1) may vary depending on the version of the device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a constant value of direct current flowing in the supply circuit of variable load (51) in a wider range of variations of the load value.
