FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the capacitive electrical device manufacturing method. Method comprises a) the first electrically insulating film connection to the second electrically insulating film to form the single electrically insulating film, which has larger surface area compared with the first electrically insulating film and the second electrically insulating film separately, b) the conductive layer application onto the single electrically insulating film and c) the single electrically insulating film and conductive layer winding around the rod to obtain the single electrically insulating film and the layer of conductive layer, wound around the rod, thereby forming the capacitive electrical device, at that the films are connected together before their winding around the rod. Connection can be created in the winding process without any further processing of the capacitor bushing, at that, any impregnation process is not required to produce the single electric film with almost uniform dielectric properties of the single electrically insulating film.

EFFECT: invention enables the capacitive electrical device creation without any significant discontinuities or voids.
