This invention consists in that electrochemical sensor device contains carrier having first and second electric conductive areas, which are electrically insulated from each other, wherein support comprises hole passing through it; and electrochemical module installed on carrier so that at least part of electrochemical module passes through hole, wherein electrochemical module has electrochemical cavity with first electrode electrically connected with first conducting area of the carrier, second electrode electrically connected with second conducting area of carrier and chamber for receiving sample, which includes layer of the reagent.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing dimensions of test strips.
