SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Technology using a double connection is proposed. Subscriber terminal (UE) may identify the first physical channel containing the first uplink control information (UCI) and the second physical channel containing the second UCI information. UE terminal can select a priority level for the first physical channel and a priority level for the second physical channel. This UE terminal can apply power scaling down to transmissions of the first physical channel or to transmissions of the second physical channel, if the total transmit power of the UE terminal is to exceed a certain value for a period of time. UE terminal can scale the transmission power for the second physical channel to a decreasing direction, if the priority level for the first physical channel is higher than the priority level for the second physical channel, depending on the type of the first UCI information and the type of the second UCI information.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the capacity at the edges of the cell, the average sector capacity, and the balancing of the load between cells.
