FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Number of embodiments relates to a method for use in a radio communication device. This method comprises distribution of uplink power among parallel transmissions, which radio communication device has planned during some subframe in two or more uplink (UL) physical channels. Set of said parallel transmissions comprises transmissions occupying one or more short transmission time intervals, sTTI, and UL power is distributed in accordance with at least one of priorities setting rules. According to one of these priority ranking rules, spacing sTTI transmissions containing control information are given priority over slotted sTTI transmissions containing data without any control information. According to one of these rules of prioritizing, transmissions occupying shortened transmission time intervals are given priority over transmissions occupying longer transmission time intervals.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of average throughput capacity for types of data transactions based on TCP by reducing delay.
