SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a centrifuge machine having an improved discharge system. Centrifuge machine having an improved discharge system contains bowl (1) rotating about an axis and delimited by an outer wall enclosing a volume. Wherein the discharge system comprises at least one chamber accumulation occupying a part of the volume of the bowl, at least one opening placed in front of each accumulation chamber through the wall of the bowl. Discharge system comprises a plunger movable in a cavity of the wall of the bowl between each orifice and the accumulation chamber respectively, and means displacing the plunger. Means displacing the plunger are stationary, in that each plunger is provided with a solid section and a transverse aperture and in that the orifice is positioned as part of the accumulation chamber, and the transverse aperture is arranged in front of the orifice and of the accumulation chamber by the displacement means.
EFFECT: ensuring control of the characteristics of the extracted product, simplifying the control system, as well as reducing the negative impact on the hydrodynamics of the centrifuge when using the discharge system.
