Device for piercing the capsule of the capsule machine for the preparation of soft drinks contains a chamber bounded by walls, in the upper part of which a passage opening is made in a shape that repeats a longitudinal section of the capsule with a food product sealed inside it, a unit for fixing capsules and moving them in the direction of the unit for piercing capsule covers by two hollow needles, one of which is connected to the pressurized water supply source, and the other is located in the vertical direction below the first one and is connected with the unit for dispensing the finished beverage to the consumer. Through hole is made in the bottom wall of the chamber, which is a unit for dispensing the finished beverage to the consumer, the second needle is made blind at the end opposite to the tip and has a radially made through hole in its wall, located above the through hole in the bottom wall of the chamber and in the area at its point, for draining the finished beverage through the through hole in the bottom wall of the chamber to the consumer. And the unit for fixing capsules and moving them in the direction of the unit for piercing capsule covers is made in the form of two grippers with grooves for capsule flanges, which can move to the points of both needles to introduce these points through the cover into the capsule cavity.

EFFECT: device for piercing capsules of the capsule machine for the preparation of soft drinks has been proposed.
