SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of boswellia is characterized by the fact that a dry extract of boswellia is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in toluene in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 900 rpm, then 6 ml of methylene chloride is poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, the core : shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: technical task of invention is to simplify and accelerate process of production of nanocapsules and increase mass output.
