FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for carrying out a Beckmann rearrangement reaction, comprising the steps of: reacting an oxime in the presence of a catalyst to produce a lactam, the specified catalyst contains a hierarchical porous aluminophosphate containing a microporous structure and a mesoporous structure, which has a pore diameter from 15 Å to 40 Å. Invention also contains a hierarchical porous catalyst.

EFFECT: increase in catalyst durability, a relatively high degree of conversion, and a relatively high selectivity for lactam obtained from its corresponding oxime.
