FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crystalline zeolite-like silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves. Disclosed is a method of producing a micro-mesoporous silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-11, in which nanocrystals with size of 125–150 nm prevail, with improved silicon incorporation, involving preparation of initial reaction silicoaluminophosphate gel of composition: 1.0Al2O3⋅1.0P2O5⋅0.3SiO2⋅1.0Amine⋅30H2O with ratio H2O/Al2O3=30, gel aging step, gel hydrothermal crystallisation, obtained material washing, drying and calcination, wherein to obtain said material, SiO2 sol with particle size of 2 nm is introduced into the initial reaction gel, the obtained sol-gel method, the prepared silicoaluminophosphate gels are held in thermostat at 90 °C for 24 hours, then gels are subjected to crystallisation at 200 °C for 10–12 hours in stainless steel autoclaves with a special fluoroplastic coating, after crystallisation, SAPO-11 samples are washed with distilled water to neutral pH, centrifuged and dried at 100 °C for 48 hours.
EFFECT: simple method of producing micro-mesoporous silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-11 with crystals with size of 80–200 nm and improved incorporation of silicon without using pore-forming templates and crystal growth modifiers.
