FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromesoporous zeolite materials comprising iron heteroatoms in their structure, for use in processes of liquid-phase oxidation of phenol with hydrogen peroxide under mild conditions at 50-70°C and pressures that are equal to or slightly above atmospheric pressure. A method is proposed for producing micromesoporous iron-comprising silicalites of the MFI type with an iron oxide content of up to 5 wt.% by the sol-gel synthesis method with a molar ratio of the initial components SiO2:0,02Fe2O3:0,5ТPAH:0,5Х:50 H2O, where X is a mesopore-forming component, by mixing tetra-n-propylammonium hydroxide (TPAH) with one of the X components: tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide (TBAH), n-octylethyldimethylammonium bromide (OEDMAB), n-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), with inorganic components tetraethoxysilane and iron (III) nitrate nonahydrate, followed by hydrothermal treatment of the resulting sol, washing, drying and calcination. The proposed method makes it possible to obtain materials with the required ratio of micromesopores by varying the molecular size of the mesopore-forming component at the stage of material synthesis.
EFFECT: production of micromesoporous iron-comprising silicalites of the MFI type with an iron oxide content of up to 5 wt.% with high values of the characteristics: total specific surface area, specific micropore volume, specific area and mesopore volume.
