SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industry, in particular to the antioxidant complex. Antioxidant complex containing: an antioxidant of plant origin, which is dihydroquercetin and/or quercetin, and/or pycnogenol, and/or rutin, and/or antocin, and/or extract containing them; and milk hydrolyzate, enriched in lactates during hydrolysis, from whey and/or buttermilk and/or skimmed milk, which has a negative redox potential of up to -300 mV, while the components are taken in a certain amount.
EFFECT: above complex has enhanced antioxidant properties.
