FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to dairy industry. Pre-condensed milk product is mixed to dry substances weight ratio of more than 58–60 %, at temperature of not more than 50 °C with vegetable powder obtained by drying ground initial raw material ground to particle size of less than 100 mcm to residual moisture content of 6–8 % at temperature, not exceeding 40 °C, as well as nutritional and processing additives. Obtained mixture is dried in conditions of biologically active substances preservation. Milk product is represented by whole milk, milk whey, buttermilk, defatted milk, curd whey, cheese whey and permeate.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a product with a high content of biologically active substances.
