FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sugar dissolving in water under stirring to obtain predetermined content of dry matter in syrup followed by syrup heating. Then syrup is mixed with food supplements, and/or macronutrients, and/or micronutrients and treated by cavitation/cumulative method in supercavitation apparatus. As food supplements lactate enriched hydrolyzed milky whey and iodocasein are used. As micronutrients water extracts from biologically active plants are used. As macronutrients selenium and β-carotene are used.
EFFECT: sugar syrup of improved physiological value.
