SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rehabilitation, sports medicine. Conduct impact in two stages. At the first stage, the patient's body is rubbed with palms using an agent based on mustard seeds or cayenne pepper until the first signs of burning appear. Then massage is performed with a needle massage roller along the spinal column on both sides of the spine, starting with the seventh cervical vertebra to the sacral vertebra until hyperemia appears on the back. After that, impose anti-inflammatory compress for each spot for 15–20 minutes, fixing the compress with a plaster. Second stage is carried out by installing inside the borders of the spots hyperemia cupping glasses with a neck diameter of 4 to 8 cm, which hold until the first signs of burning appear. After that, for 10–15 minutes, a local shock-dynamic massage of these spots is carried out by pressing with the hands and the ends of the fingers and palms, in the form of clapping, alternating with 2–3 massage strokes and rubbing the spots of hyperemia and/or ischemia.

EFFECT: method provides an effective therapeutic and health improving effects on the body while reducing the number of sessions and the interval between them by using shock-dynamic effects.
