SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry and can be used for perforation of the bottom of the maxillary sinus during prosthetics on implants with significant atrophy of the alveolar process of the maxilla and reduction of its height in the distal regions. Device for exfoliation of the mucous membrane of the bottom of the maxillary sinus from the underlying bone base with simultaneous filling of the emptying cavity with a liquid osteoplastic material contains a conical dental implant with an external conical thread and with an angle of inclination of the thread hollows to the longitudinal axis, as well as with longitudinal slots no longer than ¾ of the thread. Implant has an internal axial screw through cylindrical hole for a threaded rod with a smooth hemisphere at one end and a manual thumb at the other end. In the threaded rod there is a through axial bore, which passes into a conical bore in the lamb with a syringe with an osteoplastic material located in it.

EFFECT: invention allows for exfoliation of the mucous membrane of the bottom of the maxillary sinus from the underlying bone base and at the same time fill the emptying cavity with a liquid osteoplastic material, eliminate multiple installation and removal of various devices, each time injuring the walls of the bone hole, excluding its additional infection and weakening of the mechanical properties of the bone bed tissues.
