FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be applied for sinus lifting. Mucosa is mobilised along all defect perimetre to depth 5-10 mm. Resorbable membrane is introduced into maxillary sinus into formed pocket between mucosa and bone wall, or if detachment is impossible without additional injuries of maxillary sinus mucosa, resorbable membrane is put above bone window with its 5 mm overlapping along all perimetre. Wound is sutured hermetically. After recovery of maxillary sinus mucosa, second stage of operation is performed. Earlier installed membrane is exposed, displaced upward on basal bone and inside on maxillary sinus bottom. Osteoplastic material is placed under membrane, rammed backward, forward and upward. Bone window is covered with additional membrane.
EFFECT: method allows to close mucosa perforation reliably.
