FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ventilation and air conditioning, in particular, to supply and exhaust ventilation devices with heat energy recovery to provide supply and exhaust ventilation of air in educational, medical, administrative, entertainment institutions; apartments, offices, cabins, individual and multi-family homes; automotive, marine, aeronautical engineering, boiler rooms, in factories, railway, engineering, metro, railway stations and in all other rooms where air replacement is required. Supply and exhaust ventilation unit with heat recovery includes a rotating part, a stationary part and an engine with the possibility of reversing the direction of rotation. Rotating part is made in the form of a thin-walled cylinder, the walls of which have an uneven surface along the outer and inner radius, the specified uneven surface of the walls of thin-walled cylinder (2) along the outer and inner radius can be made in the form of grooves or notches or blades that are directed parallel to the axis of rotation of the engine and during rotation create repetitive radial beats and turbulence. Stationary part is made in the form of external and internal cylinders, covering the rotating part from the outside and inside. Outer and inner cylinders are formed by repeating channels running from one end of the cylinders to the opposite one in the form of spiral grooves, and the said spiral grooves have opposite directions of rotation.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery is to increase the coefficient of performance (COP), increase the heat transfer coefficient, reduce the size, weight, cost, as well as reduce energy consumption.
