FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: charge contains nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo) nanopowders, molybdenum disulphide powder (MoS2) and copper powder (Cu). Particles of the molybdenum disulphide powder are agglomerated with molybdenum powder particles. It is ensured the production of antifriction material, which is operable in the conditions of high-intensity mechanical influences of frictional forces of rolling and rotation and high temperatures, making up 800–1,000 °C, and having increased mechanical strength.
EFFECT: method for producing a high-temperature composite antifriction material on a nickel basis by hot pressing is proposed.
