FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of a hollow disk of a gas turbine engine. Disk is performed as a single part by the method of heterophase laser metallurgy by imposing ring rollers of powder material in layers with an arbitrary overlapping of rollers on the periphery with a step of 1.3–1.5 mm and a height of 0.6–0.8 mm. Sequentially, the hub portion, walls, overlap of the rim part, forming a closed cavity of the disk, and rim part are formed. Axis of rotation of the carrier is arranged horizontally and the walls are simultaneously formed in the radial direction, with the diameter of one of the walls being larger than the diameter of the other wall by an amount corresponding to the height of the rim overlap. Overlap is formed when the disk is rotated to a horizontal position in the axial direction from the wall with a larger diameter to the wall with a smaller diameter, after which the disk is rotated to its original position and its rim portion is formed.
EFFECT: reduced mass of the hollow disk of a gas turbine engine while maintaining its quality and strength characteristics.
