FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy of refractory nickel alloys. It may be used in production of heavy-loaded parts operated at temperature gradient that feature variable-cross-section structure and mechanical properties. Workpiece is produced by hot isostatic compaction of capsule with its two zones filled with single-alloy different-size granules. One cavity of said capsule is filled with granules of fraction exceeding 200 mcm while another cavity is filled with smaller granules with grain sizes under 50 mcm. Subsequent thermal treatment of workpiece thus made is carried out at temperature exceeding solvus temperature on capsule partially removed cover wherein minor granules are inserted.
EFFECT: higher strength and heat resistance, longer life and higher reliability.
