FIELD: materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of materials used in engineering, aviation, shipbuilding and other industries, in particular to obtain a reliable equal strength connection between a titanium alloy and steel. The compound is obtained by sequential deposition of layers on a titanium alloy substrate, the first of which is formed from 100% vanadium powder fraction with a dispersion of 40-90 mcm, the second layer repeats the first layer, the next layer is formed from a mixture of 80% vanadium powder and 20% aluminium bronze BrAZh with a dispersion of 50-150 microns, the next layer is formed from a mixture of 40% vanadium powder and 60% BrAZh aluminium bronze, the next layer is formed from a mixture of 20% vanadium powder and 80% BrAZh aluminium bronze and 5 layers formed from a powder fraction of 100% stainless steel 316L with a dispersion of 50-150 microns, whereas the particles of powder fractions of materials are spherical, the thickness of the deposited vanadium layers is 0.75 mm, and the layers of a mixture of vanadium and aluminium bronze BrAZh are 0.83 mm.

EFFECT: creation of an intermediate material providing metallurgical compatibility of steels and titanium alloys for obtaining their connection with a tensile strength of up to 350 MPa is achieved.
