FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the additive processing method for parts of Al-Si system alloys and can be used in the engineering industry for manufacture and recovery of small articles and their structural elements, preferably, the transverse dimension in the submillimeter range (less than 1 mm). Layer-by-layer laser powder material cladding is carried out simultaneously with its being fed into the processing zone together with the process gas. Powder material is used with an average particle diameter of 30…40 microns at particles concentration in the process gas stream not more than 0.275 g/mm3.
