FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to machines and equipment for processing of agricultural products, in particular potatoes. Device consists of an external cylindrical body, inside of which a spherical tank is placed with a twisting nozzle for connecting an axis of an electric motor to the nozzle, having a grater in the form of teeth with holes on the inside. In the lower part of the tank there are windows-openings for removing particles of purified peel and starch syrup during its rotation through them.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to implement high-quality cleaning of potatoes and to obtain starch syrup.
