Functional food additive for fish products contains a Commander squid head hydrolyzate – 55–75 by weight, Jerusalem artichoke tuber flour – 15–25 by weight and soya lecithin – 10–20 by weight.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a functional nutritional supplement with a high biological value, a high protein content, a natural prebiotic – inulin, polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant properties, the introduction of which will increase the quality parameters of the finished fish product, its overall nutritional value, as well as the shelf life.
