FIELD: electronic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electronics. Germanate of rare earth elements of Ca2La8 (1st)Eu8xGe6O26, where 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.15, in the nano-amorphous state, is used as a white phosphor glow. Proposed invention allows to expand the range of white phosphors of luminescence used for visualization of ultraviolet light, X-ray and electron radiation in systems of white LEDs and optical displays.
EFFECT: proposed phosphor has good thermal stability.
