FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials of quantum electronics and optics and can be used in devices for displaying information, electron-beam devices, fluorescent lamps, in particular, light-emitting diodes of white light, scintillators, cathode and X-ray luminophors. Luminescent material corresponds to chemical formula Li3BaSrGd3-3xEu3x(MoO4)8, where 0.02 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, and contains, wt%: Li2O 5.55-5.68; BaO 7.68-7.75; SrO 7.39-7.44; Gd2O3 27.23-27.59; Eu2O3 0.32-0.68; MoO3 - the rest.
EFFECT: luminescence intensity is 1, 6 -1, 95 relative units.
