FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology, specifically to the technology of inorganic phosphors used in the manufacture of LED systems, as well as fluorescent detectors for radiation dosimetry and radiotherapy. A complex aluminum and rare earth elements (REE) oxide of the composition (Al1-x-yEuxTby)2O3, where 0.005≤x≤0.015 and 0.01≤y≤0.02, is described as a white luminescent phosphor, as well as a method for producing complex aluminum oxide of rare earth elements (REE).
EFFECT: development of a white luminescent phosphor based on aluminum oxide in order to expand the range of phosphors that provide a spectrum close to the spectrum of solar radiation.
