FIELD: personal and household goods.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the household goods, namely to the meat, fish, vegetable products preparation on fire during their placement and holding between two grills. Barbecue grills are two rectangular frames with longitudinal wire rods and handles of different lengths. Frame is the structure of two perforated strips, in which holes the wire rods are clamped. Close to each rod end, a deformation is made on both sides, flattening, necessary so, that the wire rods could not pass through into the strips holes. One bar end is crooked to facilitate assembly. In the assembled state, the grille is held by means of screw connections, formed by the U-shaped handle and several wire rods with thread and wing nuts. For small grille sizes, two rods with threads along the edges are sufficient, and for large sizes, to increase the structure rigidity, number of rods with threads can be increased. Handles, which simultaneously serve as the tightening rods, are made in different lengths, wherein the closure ring is put on the longer handle, which, with the grilles connection, moves and fixes the short handle with the long one, which allows to clamp the products being fried between the grilles rods. To reduce heat, in the long handle a wooden bar is fixed. In the large grilles manufacturing, the number of handles can be increased. On the opposite of the handles side, the perforated strips are interconnected by at least two rings, allowing the grilles opening.

EFFECT: main feature of the invention is: ability to quickly assemble and disassemble barbecue grills, which is convenient for sanitization – after use, the disassembled product allows you to wash each grill element separately, up to the use of a dishwasher; when disassembled, the product takes up very little space for storage and transportation.
