Precast percussion-drag tool with a mounting base contains cutting node consisting of plates with pointed teeth, tightened with fastening triangular frame, which is connected to the handle and the base, which houses a board with a product. Cutting unit consists of at least two comb-shaped plates, in which the teeth have an acute-angled shape, and comb-shaped plates are arranged so that each subsequent plate is made with a shift in relation to the previous one by half of an acute-angled tooth. Mounting frame is U-shaped, in which the free ends of the long sides have technological holes for accommodating a connecting rod. Mounting base is made in the form of a mounting clamp with eye ends, the eye ends have at least two technological holes at the ends for accommodating the connecting rod.

EFFECT: convenient and quick disassembly of the device is provided, with accessibility to every detail for sanitation, as well as multiple cutting of fibers and strings in meat or fish products.
