FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible grate for food preparation. Collapsible grate for food preparation consists of at least two perforated planks and various number of rods, which are inserted into holes of perforated planks and are arranged parallel to each other, rods closer to ends have flattened sections. Grate is additionally equipped with at least one handle in form of a bent rod with threaded ends of the formed sides and with flattened sections, which are located closer to the bend of the handle, wherein the handle is placed in the holes of the perforated planks and fixed with fixing elements, for example, thumb screws.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is ease of use of the grate, accessibility to each part for washing, easy cleaning and sanitizing.
