FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a demountable grill. Demountable grill from bar for cooking on barbecue consists of rectangular frame with parallel longitudinal planks, fixed in two rectangular perforated plates, having round and rectangular holes, using handles with thread and wing nuts. Frame is a structure comprising two perforated plates, in rectangular openings of which are clamped removable planks having closer to ends of cone-shaped flat areas with smaller width than the entire plank, which allows passing narrowed cone-shaped end of plank into rectangular hole of perforated plate, having slightly smaller size than width of entire plate, and this prevents its through passage into rectangular holes of perforated plate, wherein during assembly all ends of planks pass into rectangular holes of plates, after which are tightened by at least two I-shaped handles with thread on ends and flattened sections of handle rods, which are located at a distance, which allows clamping planks in plates, and wherein handle is arranged in round holes of plates on edges of structure and is fixed by means of fixing elements made in form of wing nuts, and sections of planks with size greater than width of rectangular openings of plates, abut on plates, which enables to fix all planks at one distance from rectangular perforated plates in assembled state and retain the entire grate by at least two I-shaped handles.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a structure with a large area of protection from direct fire planks and possibility of multiple quick assembly and disassembly of the grill, accessibility to each part during washing and reduction of dimensions for storage and transportation.
