SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tubular molded product. Method includes the first step of molding by stamping a metal plate with the formation of a U-shaped form for obtaining a U-shaped product having a lower part, which runs straight in the longitudinal direction, and the second stage of molding a U-shaped product by stamping it for bending in the longitudinal direction the way the lower part of the part protrudes inward, and producing a bent product with a U-shaped cross section.

EFFECT: result is a reduction in the occurrence of molding defects.
