SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for complex therapy with combined ischemia of the central hemodynamic system, lower extremities, heart and brain. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that in the method of complex therapy with combined ischemia of the central hemodynamic system, lower extremities, heart and brain in the selection of adequate prevention schemes and treatment, the degree of severity of the damage of the systems and organs under study is estimated first, according to which such classes of their states as a normal state (class ωN), the latent state (class ωL), the reversible state (class ωR), and the critical state (class ωC).
