SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, vascular surgery, phlebology. In patients with subsiding or subsided thrombophlebitis of saphenous veins (TPSV) of lower extremities after suffering coronavirus infection COVID-19, Detralex is used for treatmentin dosage 1,000 mg once a day and Vessel Due F in dosage 250 LSU 2 times a day. Daily compression is performed by using elastic compression hosiery of 2 class. That is followed by a one-stage treatment in which a degree of risk of TPSV transition to deep veins is determined. Xarelto is administered orally in dosage of 10 mg once day for 45 days with a moderate risk of thrombophlebitis transition to deep veins or 90 days with a high risk of thrombophlebitis transition to deep veins. Detralex is administered for 60 days, Vessel Due F is introduced intravenously drip in dose of 600 LSU, dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride 200 ml, once day for 10 days. After the course of parenteral administration, Vessel Due F is administered orally for 30 days in dosage 250 LSU 2 times a day. When performing the intravenous drop infusion, Vessel Due F is introduced into the pool of the affected saphenous vein for 40–120 minutes at angle of 10–30 degrees to the horizontal plane of the affected extremity. After the infusion, a gel cold accumulator at a temperature of +5 to +10 degrees Celsius is applied along the thrombosed saphenous vein for period of 5 minutes.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher therapeutic effect.
