FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petrochemical industry, namely, devices for the processing of oil, petroleum products and heavy oil residues. Device for the plasma-chemical processing of petroleum products contains a receiving chamber for forming a film flow of liquid with a tangential fitting for supplying petroleum products, an external cylindrical electrode supplied to its annular outlet and an internal electrode coaxial with the external electrode. In this case, the internal electrode, at least partially, is brought outside the limits of the external electrode with the help of a cylindrical conductor in a dielectric sleeve, providing the possibility of forming a barrier discharge.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase stability of the ignition of the plasma in the working gap.
