SUBSTANCE: power supply and data delivery system, resistant to the earth fault, for downhole sensors is connected to the downhole motor via the three-phase power cable. AC power supply and sensor data module are electrically connected to one of the two conductors (phases), selected at the particular point in time from the three conductors (phases) for the power and data signals supplying to the downhole sensors. In case of the earth fault detection in one of the two connected phases, the isolation module isolates the closed to earth phase and switches the not closed to earth connected phase to ensure the power and data signals continued transmission. In order to reduce interference, the AC power supply frequency, the data transmission frequency, and the downhole motor controlling drive switching frequency are orthogonal to each other. Connection between the surface and the well can be made by adjusting of the processor controlled AC power source voltage, frequency and / or phase.
