FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an image reading device. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that the image reading device comprises a flexible flat cable (108) comprising first end (108a) in the longitudinal direction of the flexible flat cable (108), which is connected to the reading module, and second end (108b), which is connected to the controller, wherein the flexible flat cable (108) comprises first region (301) comprising a first conductive wire, and second region (302), having a second electrically conductive wire and a slit (SL) separated from first region (301), provided between first end (108a) and second end (108b) in said longitudinal direction and between first conductive wire and second conductive wire in width direction, wherein first area (301) and second area (302) at least partially overlap with each other on the view in thickness direction, perpendicular to said longitudinal direction and width direction, flexible flat cable (108) so that direction of width of flexible flat cable (108) crosses direction of placement surface.
EFFECT: reduced size of the device and electrical crosstalk.
